Ampliación del camino Cuanajillo Grande - San Nicolás de Obispo, municipio de Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

This work treats the expansion of the road “Cuanajillo Grande” located in the “tenencia” of San Nicolás Obispo, in Morelia, Michoacán. It mentions everything about the population, the location, the orography, the hydrography, the weather, the main ecosystems, the natural resources, the public services, the economic activities, etc. It treats about the road building project too, the constructive and administrative process, which is what makes possible to build the works, benefiting in this way the population of certain geographic zone, making stronger the municipality infrastructure and developing the society. The road was born because of the need of land transportation from Cuanajillo Grande to San Nicolás Obispo and to find a natural way out towards Morelia, the state’s capital city. The road had an already built intermediate section, located between the stationing 0+000.00 and the 0+098.11, which had asphalt covering, but curiously the initial (considered between the stationing 0+000.00 and the 0+098.11) and final (considered between the stationing 0+276.65 and the 0+417.12) sections were made of dirt a long time ago. That’s why the need of completing the asphalt covering arose to make the road completely functional. Additionally, it was considered to rehabilitate a line for drinking water supply and sewerage, and to build garrisons and sidewalks given the road is part of a main street in San Nicolás Obispo. It is important to know the administrative and social organization process involved in this kind of works financed by a social program of the municipality.

En este trabajo se hablará acerca de la Ampliación del Camino Cuanajillo Grande – San Nicolás de Obispo Municipio de Morelia, Michoacán. En éste se mencionará todo sobre la población, acerca de su localización, orografía, hidrografía, clima, principales ecosistemas, recursos naturales, servicios públicos, actividad económica, etc. También se abordará el proyecto geométrico, el proceso constructivo y el proceso administrativo que hace posible el realizar físicamente las obras, beneficiando a los habitantes de una zona geográfica pero también haciendo el fortalecimiento de la infraestructura de un municipio y el desarrollo de una sociedad. La obra mencionada nace de la necesidad de los habitantes de esa parte del municipio de transportarse y comunicarse por la vía terrestre de Cuanajillo Grande a San Nicolás de Obispo y encontrar una salida natural hacia la cabecera municipal, la ciudad de Morelia. El camino físico en cuestión contaba con un tramo intermedio ya existente ubicado entre los cadenamientos 0+098.11 hasta el 0+276.65 el cual cuenta con carpeta asfáltica, pero curiosamente un tramo “inicial” que en proyecto se consideró del cadenamiento 0+000.00 al 0+098.11 y un tramo “final” ubicado del cadenamiento 0+276.65 al 0+417.12 se encontraban a nivel terracería de hacía muchos años por lo que se generó la necesidad de complementar el tramo existente con los otros 2 para lograr tener una obra completa y funcional al 100%. Como un plus a la obra proyectada se consideró también rehabilitar una línea de agua potable y de alcantarillado sanitario, así como el proyecto de guarniciones y banquetas, ya que el camino en sí también forma parte de una calle alimentadora de San Nicolás de Obispo. Es importante también que se conozca el proceso administrativo y de organización social que se ve involucrado en éste tipo de obras con cargo financiero a un programa social del municipio.
