Construcción de biodigestor en la localidad de San José, municipio de Tarímbaro Michoacán, para el tratamiento de aguas residuales

Abstract

The present work deals with the construction of a biological digester, for the TIF type trace of the locality of Tarímbaro. It is analyzed from different perspectives, first from the point of view of wastewater treatment in Mexico, its evolution and the current situation, considering the volumes of water for human use and consumption, the return to the sewage systems and the treatment of those Water; Then it is analyzed how the design is done, in a descriptive way, starting with the dimensional design of the system, to continue with the structural calculation, determining the characteristics of the assembly and the type of concrete to be used. Already with the design of the element, it is proceeded to its construction, for which, a graphic description of the works is made, to finally analyze from the perspective of the Cost Engineering, realizing the analysis of prices of each one of the concepts Of the catalog of concepts delivered by the contractor, reviewing not only the unit prices but also the hourly costs and the basic costs. With the above, it is only necessary to emphasize that, for the development of this work, it was necessary to use knowledge from various branches of civil engineering, which together allow us to obtain this document as a result of this effort.

En el presente trabajo se aborda lo relativo a la construcción de un digestor biológico, para el rastro tipo TIF de la localidad de Tarímbaro. Se analiza desde diferentes perspectivas, primero desde el punto de vista del tratamiento de aguas residuales en México, su evolución y la situación actual, considerando los volúmenes de agua para uso y consumo humano, el retorno a los sistemas de alcantarillado y el tratamiento de esas aguas; luego se analiza cómo se realiza el diseño, desde una manera descriptiva, iniciando por el diseño dimensional del sistema, para continuar con el cálculo estructural, determinando las características del armado y el tipo de concreto a utilizar. Ya con el diseño del elemento, se procede a su construcción, para lo cual, se hace una descripción grafica de los trabajos realizados, para finalmente analizar desde la perspectiva de la Ingeniería de Costos, realizando el análisis de precios de cada uno de los conceptos de trabajo del catálogo de conceptos entregado por la contratante, revisando no solo los precios unitarios, sino además los costos horarios y los costos básicos. Con lo anterior solo se quiere enfatizar que, para el desarrollo de este trabajo, se requirió utilizar conocimientos de diversas ramas de la ingeniería civil, que, en su conjunto, nos permiten obtener este documento como fruto de ese esfuerzo.
