Proyecto ejecutivo de un edificio inteligente para la ciudad de Morelia

Abstract

In Morelia, there are not many technological advances in construction, because there is no progress in the use of technology that can be used in a building and its benefits. In the city, smart, sustainable buildings have not been built. Up to the present date there are two buildings built in an intelligent way, one at 80% and another at 25%, but they are not sustainable. The present work pretends to make known to the society the benefit of the technology applied to an intelligent building or a house-dwelling. It is important to consider that by generating the culture of sustainable and intelligent infrastructure together with achieving the certification of an intelligent building in Morelia that will be innovative for the environment and the construction industry. We must consider that the normativity is fundamental to determine if in Morelia there are the economic, technical and social conditions to encourage the construction of a sustainable intelligent building in relation to knowledge of national and international regulations, implies having a broad knowledge of the operation of buildings sustainable smart. One of the objectives is to publicize the culture of integral infrastructure in the provision of services. See its optimal administrative, maintenance, operational, financial development and an analysis on the market and business niches.

En Morelia, no hay demasiados avances tecnológicos en la construcción, debido a que no subsiste un progreso en la utilización de tecnología que puede ser aprovechado en un edificio y sus beneficios. En la ciudad, no se han construido edificios inteligentes, sustentables. Hasta la presente fecha existen dos edificios construidos de manera inteligente, uno al 80% y otro del 25%, pero no son sustentables. El presente trabajo pretende dar a conocer a la sociedad el beneficio de la tecnología aplicada a un edificio inteligente o una casa-habitacional. Es importante considerar que al generar la cultura de la infraestructura sustentable e inteligente aunado a lograr la certificación de un edificio inteligente en Morelia que será innovador para el entorno y la industria de la construcción. Debemos considerar que la normatividad es fundamental para determinar si en Morelia existen las condiciones económicas, técnicas y sociales para fomentar la construcción de un edificio inteligente sustentable en relación al conocimiento de la normatividad nacional e internacional, implica tener un amplio conocimiento del funcionamiento de los edificios inteligentes sustentables. Uno de los objetivos es dar a conocer la cultura de la infraestructura integral en la prestación de servicios. Ver su desarrollo óptimo administrativo, mantenimiento, operativo, financiero y un análisis sobre el mercado y nichos de negocios.
