Manejo de un colado masivo en cimentaciones de estructuras

Abstract

This work was carried out with the firm objective of being able to study a little more how it is elaborated, placed, treated and handled the massive concrete in structural foundations. There are many documented projects about mass pouring in dams but there are almost null ones that deal with massive pouring in foundations and because of this subject there aren´t a lot information, we have given ourselves the task of investigating in different sources such as the internet, books and experience of some engineers who have been working in this field for many years. Due to the lack of information we are creating a guide for anyone who reads it to be interested and learn about this topic. In the work carried out we are including from the background of the massive concrete until studying what is necessary to create elements of good quality and durable, as well as everything that must be taken into account when pouring. We have relied on projects already completed in order to realize that there is a considerable amount of this type of pouring in Mexico. Well, in many parts of the country big companies are building big projects such as thermoelectric, hydroelectric, carboelectric plants, and wind farms, in which it is necessary to know about this issue because the foundations of structures are large in order to assemble the equipments, that in occasions are of great volume and weight, and other times additionally they are rotating. There are technical procedures for building foundations as well as a real example of a gas turbine foundation. And several data collected from the experience of the engineers who contributed to this work because there is good information that clarifying everything is attached to the rules of the ICA to it can be a guide that anyone can use if they are interested in working in this area or just want to know about the subject.

Este trabajo se realizó con el objetivo firme de poder estudiar un poco más el cómo se elabora, se coloca, se trata y se maneja el concreto masivo en cimentaciones de estructuras. Existen muchos proyectos documentados acerca del colado masivo en presas pero son casi nulos los que tratan acerca de colados masivos en cimentaciones y debido a que de este tema existe muy poca información nos hemos dado a la tarea de investigar en diferentes fuentes como son el internet, libros y experiencia de algunos ingenieros que llevan muchos años en este ámbito de la construcción. Debido a la falta de información estamos creando una guía para que cualquier persona que la lea se interese y aprenda sobre este tema. En el trabajo realizado va desde los antecedentes del concreto masivo hasta estudiar lo necesario para crear elementos de buena calidad y que sean durables, así como todo lo que hay que tener en cuenta a la hora del colado. Nos ayudaremos de proyectos ya realizados para poder darnos cuenta que en México existe una cantidad considerable de este tipo de colados. Pues en muchas partes del país grandes empresas están construyendo grandes obras como son termoeléctricas e hidroeléctricas en las cuales se necesita conocer acerca de este tema pues las cimentaciones de estructuras son de grandes dimensiones para así poder montar los elementos. Se tienen procedimientos técnicos para la construcción de cimentaciones así como un ejemplo real de una cimentación de una turbina de gas. Y varios datos recopilados de la experiencia de los ingenieros que aportaron a dicho trabajo pues se tiene buena información que aclarando todo está apegado a las normas del ACI para que pueda ser una guía que cualquiera pueda usar si es que se interesa por trabajar en este ámbito o simplemente quiere saber del tema.
