Reparación integral por violación a los derechos humanos en México, a la luz de la reforma constitucional de 2011

Abstract

Comprehensive reparation for violation of human rights is only a minimum of what the national and international obligations that the State assumes in establishing legal or conventional mechanisms to guarantee respect and protection of the rights of persons who he lives for in every democratic State of law, unrestricted respect for these, will be the axis around which it must revolve all its administrative, legislative and jurisdictional activity.

La reparación integral por violación a los derechos humanos es tan solo un mínimode lo que representan las obligaciones nacionales e internacionales que el Estadoasume al establecer mecanismos legales o convencionales para garantizar el respeto y la protección de los derechos de las personas que él habitan. Pues en todo Estado democrático de derecho, el respeto irrestricto a éstoses el eje en torno al cual debe girar toda su actividad administrativa, legislativa y jurisdiccional.
