Abstract

The average registered accidents is 60 cases per thousand. In this way, it has been necessary to implement norms, regulations, instructions, newsletters, etc. that frame a context structure and contemplate from the simplest recommendations and corrections to the necessary use of the sanction that leads to the legal and legal basis if it is necessary.

Más de la mitad de los siniestros denunciados corresponden a tres tipos de accidentes: golpes por objetos, esfuerzos físicos excesivos y choques contra objetos; la actividad con mayor índice de siniestros es la construcción, con 138 casos denunciados cada mil. El promedio de accidentes registrados es de 60 casos por mil. De tal manera, ha sido necesario implementar normas, reglamentos, instructivos, boletines, etc. que enmarquen una estructura de contexto y contemplen desde las más simples recomendaciones y correcciones hasta el uso necesario de la sanción que conlleva a la base legal y jurídica si es en dado caso necesario.
