Proyecto: agencia de autos en Zitácuaro

Abstract

Today we have to worry about giving the customer confidence in investing, and more when it comes to costs such as those that this property reflects, so the issue of this thesis could be transcendent, where we give an alternative to increase independent income to sales to sales of cars or the mechanical workshop. This is achieved by means of a second service that provides the same property, according to the investigation of this thesis, the most profitable service is a bank branch since with this not only the agency and the bank benefit, but also to the user. Since the agency will also provide car washing service to the general public. So this project consists in creating the integration of services into the same property.

Hoy en día tenemos que preocuparnos por darle al cliente confianza al invertir, y más cuando se trata de costos como los que refleja dicho inmueble por ello el tema de esta tesis podría ser trascendente, en donde damos una alternativa para incrementar ingresos independientes a las ventas de autos o el taller mecánico. Esto lográndolo por medios de un segundo servicio que preste el mismo inmueble, según la investigación de esta tesis, el servicio más rentable es una sucursal bancaria ya que con este no solo se beneficia la agencia y el banco, sino también al usuario. Ya que también la agencia prestará el servicio de auto lavado al público en general. Por lo que dicho proyecto consiste en crear la integración de los servicios en un mismo inmueble.
