La casa de atención para la tercera edad surge principalmente de la necesidad de generar espacios donde la gente grande que no puedan o no desee permanecer en sus viviendas o con sus familiares tengan un lugar donde habitar y convivir con gente a fin, recibiendo todas las atenciones adecuadas física y mentalmente.
