Abstract

The development of this thesis is based exclusively on an existing reality, but more than a reality is a social need, rather than a proposal is an answer to the inhabitants of the town of Santa Ana Maya, which faces rapid urban growth. In general, this problem is not only presented in this town but throughout the world, man looks in the need to develop in all aspects of life, we then believe that it is vital that the life of every person begins in a Place worthy of living where there is a healthy, clean, orderly and clear environment, well designed.

El desarrollo de esta tesis se basa exclusivamente en una realidad existente, pero más que una realidad es una necesidad social, más que una propuesta es una respuesta a los habitantes de la localidad de Santa Ana Maya, la cual enfrenta un rápido crecimiento urbano. En general este problema no solo se presenta en esta localidad sino en todo el mundo, el hombre se ve en la necesidad de desarrollarse en todos los aspectos de la vida, creemos entonces que es de vital importancia que la vida de toda persona empiece en un lugar digno de habitarse donde exista un ambiente sano, limpio, ordenado y claro, bien diseñado.
