Abstract:	The requirement of a property at the service of the university community and citizenship motivates the proposal of a space in which concerts, conferences can be developed, mainly activities related to the performing arts, where it manifests and participates in the cultural work, favoring to the university community and the Morelian population. El requerimiento de un inmueble al servicio de la comunidad universitaria y de la ciudadanía motiva la propuesta de un espacio en el que se puedan desarrollar conciertos, conferencias, principalmente actividades relacionadas con las artes escénicas, en donde se manifieste y participe del quehacer cultural, favoreciendo a la comunidad universitaria y la población moreliana.
