Abstract:	The decision to propose a recreational center in the city of Toluca State of Mexico, began after observing the problem that occurs in this city by not finding sufficient spaces for the practice of recreation and entertainment, since it listed as a completely a city industrial. La decisión de proponer un Centro Recreativo en la ciudad de Toluca Estado de México, comenzó después de observar el problema que se presenta en esta ciudad al no encontrar espacios suficientes para la práctica de la recreación y de entretenimiento, ya que catalogada como una ciudad completamente industrial.
