Abstract: | The sacrifice of animals for human consumption is a necessary activity for the feeding of the human being, for this reason, this activity must be practiced with all the necessary hygiene measures, as well as excellent quality control should be taken with respect to the animals that will be sacrificed. El sacrificio de animales para consumo humano es una actividad necesaria para la alimentación del ser humano, por tal motivo, dicha actividad debe de ser practicada con todas las medidas de higiene necesarias, así como debe de tenerse un excelente control de calidad con respecto a los animales que serán sacrificados. |
