Abstract:	The primary intention of this work is to seek solutions to the creation of new housing spaces, proposing the most appropriate to meet the needs of scarce economic resources. Totally attached to the alignments that the Law of Urban Development of the State of Standards established in the Master Plan of the City of Morelia is marked. La intención primordial de este trabajo, es buscar soluciones a la creación de nuevos espacios habitacionales, proponiendo lo más adecuado para satisfacer las necesidades de las familias de escasos recursos económicos. Apegándose totalmente a los alineamientos que marque la ley de desarrollo urbano del estado de normas establecidas en plan director de la ciudad de Morelia.
