Abstract

The origin of this investigation is the latent need to have a quality service in the killing and distribution of beef and pig in channel to supply the experts of meat who are responsible for putting it available and in hygienic form, for Population feeding.

El origen de esta investigación, es la necesidad latente de contar con un servicio de calidad en la matanza y distribución de carne de bovino y porcino en canal para abastecer los expendios de carne quienes son los responsables de ponerla al alcance y en forma higiénica, para la alimentación de la población.
