Abstract

The execution of this project aims to meet needs not only that lead to a primordial benefit that in this case the Municipal Board of Potable Water and Acámbaro Demand, but also to help increase the development of an institutional image that improves the perception that the User has this unit. The proposal of some suitable offices that give an end to the non -redeemability that is now organism originating the payment of a monthly income, which with the execution of this project is omitted by this expense.

La ejecución de este proyecto pretende atender necesidades no solo que conlleven a un beneficio primordial que en este caso La Junta Municipal de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Acámbaro demanda, sino también para ayudar a incrementar el desarrollo de una imagen institucional que mejore la percepción que el usuario tiene de esta dependencia. La propuesta de unas oficinas aptas que den fin a la no redituabilidad que hoy en día se tiene debido a que no se cuenta con instalaciones propias, teniendo así durante años y hasta la fecha que hacer uso de inmuebles adaptados para el desempeño de las actividades del organismo originando así el pago de una renta mensual, que con la ejecución de este proyecto quedarla omitido este gasto.
