Departamentos residenciales en la Ciudad de Morelia

Abstract

This work raises the issue of residential departments in the city of Morelia in a medium high area such as the Chapultepec Sur neighborhood. It is intended to carry out a project which takes advantage of the land properly and meets the needs of investors or builders, but especially a comprehensive project that is functional and users have adequate comfort through the distribution and maintaining the largest number of green areas, taking into account the regulations and other factors to meet the desired objectives. This is why the document will analyze several aspects such as: economic, geographical, technological, normative, urban physical, among others to achieve a viable project and according to the location, needs of both the performer and the user.

En el presente trabajo se plantea el tema de departamentos residenciales en la ciudad de Morelia en una zona tipo medio alta como la colonia Chapultepec Sur. Se pretende realizar un proyecto el cual aproveche de una manera adecuada el terreno y cumpla con las necesidades de los inversionistas o constructores, pero sobretodo resulte un proyecto integral que sea funcional y los usuarios tengan un confort adecuado por medio de la distribución y manteniendo el mayor número de áreas verdes, teniendo en cuenta la normatividad y otros factores para que cumpla con los objetivos deseados. Es por esto, que en el documento se analizarán varios aspectos como: económicos, físico geográficos, tecnológicos, normativos, urbanos, entre otros para lograr un proyecto viable y acorde a la ubicación, necesidades tanto del ejecutante como del usuario.
