Abstract:	The present work aims to address the problem that the students of the music career and the imperative need for a building that responds to the real needs required by this art are facing today. El presente trabajo pretende abordar la problemática a la que se enfrentan hoy en día los estudiantes de la carrera de música y la imperiosa necesidad de que se proyecte un edificio que responda a las necesidades reales propias que exige este arte.
