Plan parcial de mejoramiento de imagen urbana del centro histórico de Tepalcatepec, Michoacán

Abstract

The improvement of the urban image of the area to be studied in the population (historic center), will print characteristics that will distinguish it from the other populations of the tourist route in Michoacán, by rescuing its traditional architecture, as are mainly its trace Urban, Plaza, religious centers and with greater emphasis the rehabilitation of the commercial corridor in Los Portales. To achieve this, the population has to be aware of protecting and maintaining their properties in good condition and working together with the government authorities and that these in turn enforce their regulations already established within it.

El mejoramiento de la imagen urbana de la zona a estudiar en la población (centro histórico), le imprimirá características que la distinguirán de las demás poblaciones de la ruta turísticas en Michoacán, mediante el rescate de su arquitectura tradicional, como lo son principalmente su traza urbana, plaza, centros religiosos y con mayor énfasis la rehabilitación del corredor comercial en los portales. Para lograr esto se tiene que concientizar a la población en proteger y mantener en buenas condiciones sus inmuebles y trabajar conjuntamente con las autoridades gubernamentales y que estas a su vez hagan valer sus reglamentos ya establecidos dentro de la misma.
