Abstract

The central zone is the origin of the city, it is living testimony of the history of it; Thus, its urban trace, its open spaces and its building together with the social fabric, make up environmental structures and a cultural heritage of invaluable wealth: the historic center. The growing interest in taking advantage of the profitability of the soil in the historic center, stimulates the changes of use that expel the resident population and that generate the deterioration of the built heritage, and over time it has undergone changes, alterations and deterioration.

La zona central es el origen de la ciudad, es testimonio vivo de la Historia de la de la misma; así, su traza urbana, sus espacios abiertos y su edificación conjuntamente con el tejido social, conforman estructuras ambientales y un patrimonio cultural de riqueza invaluable: el Centro Histórico. El interés creciente por aprovechar la rentabilidad del suelo en el centro Histórico, estimula los cambios de uso que expulsan a la población residente y que generan el deterioro del Patrimonio edificado, y con el paso del tiempo ha sufrido cambios, alteraciones y deterioros.
