Abstract

This document addresses the basic elements for the design of these state offices mentioned above; This is divided into 4 chapters of which the former refers to the problem generated by the subject and justification for the realization of the project of these offices; To continue there is talk of the theoretical foundation regarding the place of study that in this case is the city of Acámbaro as well as each of the offices and its history both historical and the study of buildings similar to the project that is intended realize. This continues with the third chapter that refers to the property or land in which the project is intended to be carried out, as well as its topographic and urban characteristics, the conceptualization that is intended to be followed in the project and the trend or the trend is also cited in this chapter Architectural typology to follow.

En este documento se abordan los elementos básicos para el diseño de estas oficinas estatales antes mencionadas; este se encuentra dividido en 4 capítulos de los cuales el primero se refiere a la problemática que genera el tema y la justificación para la realización del proyecto de dichas oficinas; para continuar se habla de la fundamentación teórica en cuanto a lo referente al lugar de estudio que en este caso es la ciudad de Acámbaro así como de cada una de las oficinas y sus antecedentes tanto históricos como el estudio de edificios similares al proyecto que se pretende realizar. Así se continúa con el tercer capítulo que se refiere al predio o terreno en el que se pretende realizar el proyecto, así como sus características topográficas y urbanas, también se cita en este capítulo la conceptualización que se pretende seguir en el proyecto y la tendencia o tipología arquitectónica a seguir.
