Abstract

Lago de Camécuaro National Park is located in the center of the municipality of Tangancícuaro de Arista, located northwest of the State, in the Ciénega region of Chapala, it borders the municipalities of Tangamandapio, Jacona, Zamora and Tinguindín, with Tlazazalca and Purépero belonging to the Zacapu region and the Purhepecha Plateau region with Chilchota, Carapan and Los Reyes. Its distance to the state capital is 134 km.

El Parque Nacional Lago de Camécuaro se encuentra al centro del municipio de Tangancícuaro de Arista, localizado al noroeste del Estado, en la región Ciénega de Chapala, colinda con los municipios de Tangamandapio, Jacona, Zamora y Tinguindín, con Tlazazalca y Purépero pertenecientes a la región Zacapu y por la región meseta Purhépecha con Chilchota, Carapan y los Reyes. Su distancia a la capital del Estado es de 134 km.
