Abstract

Preventing time is every day, minute by minute, data is constantly registered by the different weather devices that houses the weather observatory, the forecasts are of great importance for the field of agriculture and to keep alert to the community about the community of climatic disasters. The improvement of forecasts is a consequence of the increasingly accurate knowledge of the laws of time. The prognosis stumbles with two obstacles: duration and space. The longer the period of the main forecast is the danger of error: the same happens when the prognosis is more located in space. It is logical to think that it is impossible to obtain an exact image of future events, in the medium or long term, at a specific point, since the factors that come into play, their nature and the meaning of their intervention are, in detail, very difficult to define.

Prevenir el tiempo es tarea de los todos los días, minuto a minuto, constantemente son registrados datos por los diferentes aparatos meteorológicos que alberga el observatorio Meteorológico, las previsiones son de gran importancia para el campo de la agricultura y para mantener alerta a la comunidad acerca de desastres climáticos. La mejora de las previsiones es consecuencia del conocimiento cada vez más exacto de las leyes del tiempo. El pronóstico tropieza con dos obstáculos: la duración y el espacio. Cuanto más largo es el plazo de la previsión mayor es el peligro de error: lo mismo sucede cuando el pronóstico está más localizado en el espacio. Es lógico pensar que es imposible obtener una imagen exacta de los acontecimientos futuros, a medio o largo plazo, en un punto concreto, ya que los factores que entran en juego, su naturaleza y el sentido de su intervención son, en detalle, muy difíciles de definir.
