Condominios en la ciudad de Morelia

Abstract

In the following thesis work which is entitled "Condominiums in the city of Morelia" will try to solve from an architectural project, the problem of spaces to live, since in vertical buildings more space is used for green areas, which we must protect in these times due to global warming. This work was carried out in the city of Morelia Michoacán, with an approximate duration of one year, proposing land in Santa Maria along the way to Jesús del Monte, with an area of ​​26,016.33 m² which belongs to the construction company Avaco Construcciones S.A. of C.V.

En el siguiente trabajo de tesis el cual se titula “CONDOMINIOS EN LA CIUDAD DE MORELIA” se tratará de solucionar a partir de un proyecto arquitectónico, la problemática de espacios para habitar, ya que en los edificios verticales se aprovecha más espacio para áreas verdes, las cuales debemos de proteger en estos tiempos por cuestiones del calentamiento global. Este trabajo se realizó en la Ciudad de Morelia Michoacán, con una duración aproximada de un año, proponiendo un terreno en Santa María por camino a Jesús del Monte, con un área de 26,016.33 m² el cual pertenece a la constructora Avaco Construcciones S.A. de C.V.
