Abstract

The growing concern for the welfare of animals is already emerging as one of the most prominent social characteristics of this end of the century and, in fact, a break with the sustained tradition throughout the last centuries of full subordination of the animal world of the animal world , without more considerations than the purely economic derived from its use.

En arquitectura se elaboran proyectos pensando en espacios habitables para los seres humanos, pero cuantas veces se diseña pensando en otros seres vivos, como zoológicos, acuarios, veterinarias, son algunos ejemplos, en los que algunas veces, como suele ocurrir en nuestro país, se “acondicionan” espacios para las especies animales que ahí se albergaran, con resultados muy pobres.
