Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación se ha revisado el marco teórico, destacando que es a partir de los últimos 10 años que se dio un auge en la investigación y publicación de información referente a la arquitectura del Siglo XX en la ciudad de Morelia, varias de estas primeras publicaciones se pueden utilizar como una antesala a nuestra investigación, aun así su enfoque es diferente al perfil que buscamos abarcar, estas publicaciones incluyen tesis, libros y artículos.
