Abstract:	The present thesis work describes and analyzes the problem in the offices of the National Council for Educational Development (CONAFE) Michoacán Delegation, rehabilitating existing spaces, so that workers have a better performance in their work activities and thus provide a better service to society. El presente trabajo de tesis describe y analiza la problemática existente en las oficinas del Consejo Nacional de Fomento Educativo (CONAFE) Delegación Michoacán, rehabilitando los espacios existentes, para que los trabajadores tengan un mejor desempeño en sus actividades laborales y de esta manera prestar un mejor servicio a la sociedad.
