Abstract:	The thesis consists of the rehabilitation and new use of Hotel Boutique to the former farm of Queréndaro located in the state of Michoacán that, due to the deterioration suffered over time, human intervention and nature itself, its restoration is necessary to recover it and give it a new use. La tesis consiste en la rehabilitación y nuevo uso de Hotel Boutique a la Ex Hacienda de Queréndaro localizada en el estado de Michoacán que, debido a los deterioros sufridos con el paso del tiempo, la intervención humana y de la naturaleza misma, es necesaria su restauración para recuperarla y darle un nuevo uso.
