Abstract:	The present thesis work consists of the proposal of an architectural project for the construction of a subdivision dedicated to furniture manufacturing workshops of the timber sector of Ciudad Hidalgo. Currently, the workshops are scattered between housing areas in the city and do not have the appropriate spaces and facilities to work. El presente trabajo de tesis consiste en la propuesta de un proyecto arquitectónico para la construcción de un fraccionamiento dedicado a talleres de fabricación de muebles del sector maderero de Ciudad Hidalgo. Actualmente, los talleres se ubican dispersos entre zonas habitacionales en la ciudad y no cuentan con los espacios e instalaciones adecuados para trabajar.
