Rastro municipal en Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

The municipal trail includes physical facilities owned by the municipality, it is a place where bovine and pig cattle are sacrificed and highlighted to take a process and make it suitable for human consumption and there is a product quality control. The construction of this building is mainly aimed at the people who eat meat and their derivatives, for the livestock union and butchers, and speaking architectally for architects and students that are of interest to know the industrial architecture used in this work.

El rastro municipal comprende instalaciones físicas propiedad del municipio, es un lugar donde se sacrifican y destazan al ganado bovino y porcino para llevarle un proceso y hacerlo apto para el consumo humano y existe el control de calidad de producto. La construcción de este edificio está dirigida principalmente a las personas que comen carne y sus derivados, para la unión ganadera y carniceros, y hablando arquitectónicamente para arquitectos y estudiantes que sea de interés conocer la arquitectura industrial empleada en este trabajo.
