Abstract

This proposal is born based on the problem described above, as the construction of a home for the elderly is planned, in the urban development plan of the city of Tacámbaro, as one of the closest problems to solve, it is possible note that there is no architectural proposal for the construction of the building, so an investigation was carried out in the existing asylum facilities, this with the objective of analyzing the state in which the facilities are located, the operation of the same, its operation, its operation, its operation, The performance of the service, the daily activities, and the elements that it is necessary to implement for an optimal development of life within the building.

Esta propuesta nace en base a la problemática antes descrita, pues está prevista la construcción de una casa hogar para personas de la tercera edad, en el plan de desarrollo urbano de la ciudad de Tacámbaro, como uno de los problemas más próximos a resolver, cabe destacar que no existe propuesta arquitectónica alguna para la construcción del edificio, por lo cual se llevó a cabo una investigación en las instalaciones del asilo existente, esto con el objetivo de analizar el estado en el que se encuentran las instalaciones, el funcionamiento del mismo, el desempeño del servicio, las actividades diarias, y los elementos que hace falta implementar para un desarrollo óptimo de la vida dentro del edificio.
