Abstract

Being aware of the problem and what it means, the present work on the infrastructure that intervenes in the sacrifice of cattle for human consumption will be developed, focusing mainly to give a correct solution of flesh supply to the town and its municipality, because it does not They are exempt from this need and their problem, having a trail in the town being this unhealthy, inappropriate and insufficient.

Estando conscientes del problema y de lo que significa, se desarrollará el presente trabajo sobre la infraestructura que interviene en el sacrificio de ganado para el consumo humano, enfocándose principalmente para dar una solución correcta de abastecimiento de carne a la localidad y su municipio, pues no están exentos de esta necesidad y de su problema, habiendo un rastro en la localidad siendo este insalubre, inadecuado e insuficiente.
