Abstract

This project is focused to be developed by private initiative, since municipal authorities think that culture is not an issue that must be discussed today. On the other hand, it has to be recognized, that the city of Morelia, has a sector of the population, which is not only interested in commercial cinema.

Este proyecto está enfocado para que sea desarrollado por la iniciativa privada, ya que las autoridades municipales piensan que la cultura no es un tema que se debe discutir hoy en día. Por otro lado, se tiene que reconocer, que la ciudad de Morelia, cuenta con un sector de la población, que no solo se interesa por el cine comercial.
