Morelia: un jardín habitable. Conjunto habitacional sustentable

Abstract

The theme of this thesis consists in the development of the urban architectural proposal of project for a housing complex that has under negative environmental impact immersed in the urban area of ??Morelia Michoacán. Sustainability is achieved because it has the design of infrastructure facilities necessary for this purpose, such as saving, treatment and collection of water, savings and production of electricity, as well as permeable paving in the roads of the set.

El tema de la presente tesis consiste en el desarrollo de la propuesta urbano arquitectónica de proyecto para un conjunto habitacional que tenga bajo impacto ambiental negativo inmerso en la zona urbana de Morelia Michoacán. La sustentabilidad se logra porque cuenta con el diseño de instalaciones de infraestructura necesaria para dicho fin, como ahorro, tratamiento y captación de agua, ahorro y producción de energía eléctrica, así como pavimentación permeable en las vialidades del conjunto.
