Abstract

The thesis consists of a packing plant and lentil treater, located in the municipality of Coeneo, in the state of Michoacán, due to the importance of agricultural activity in the state, both for its participation in the gross domestic product, and by the population to which it uses. It occupies a large area of ??land that, most of it is dedicated to temporary agriculture. Due to the natural conditions of the region, there is a wide variety of crops, including lentils, corn, wheat, bean, Janamargo, oatmeal and barley.

La tesis consiste en una Planta Empacadora y tratadora de lenteja, localizada en el municipio de Coeneo, en el estado de Michoacán, debido a la importancia que tiene la actividad agrícola en el Estado, tanto por su participación en el producto interno bruto, como por la población a la que da empleo. Ocupa una gran extensión de tierras de las que, la mayor parte se dedica a la agricultura de temporal. Debido a las condiciones naturales de la región, hay una amplia variedad de cultivos, entre ellos, a lenteja, maíz, trigo, frijol, janamargo, avena y cebada.
