Abstract:	Currently, the commitment to horizontal and private developments is increasing, adding to this the concept of privacy for its inhabitants, so much is its boom that is the bet of construction companies today. Taking this into account, the “La dam” housing complex is projected, developing it as a theme of thesis within the Interdisciplinary Urban Planning Seminar. Actualmente la apuesta por desarrollos horizontales y privados va en aumento, agregando a esto el concepto de privacidad para sus habitantes, tanto es su auge que es la apuesta de constructoras hoy en día. Teniendo esto en cuenta se proyecta el Conjunto Habitacional “La Presa”, desarrollándolo como tema de tesina dentro del Seminario Interdisciplinario de Urbanismo.
