Abstract

The present work that arises is a project that has adequate characteristics for older adults with respect to their physical limitations, such as climbing stairs, loading heavy objects, moving quickly among others, that spaces are wide for better mobility between them, That it has vestibulation, that the accesses are rapid and visible, that it has natural and artificial areas, good facilities, and above all that contains abundant vegetation, this in order to experience pleasant sensations inside and outside the building, that is worthy and Nice for older adults, in addition to this project will be for the purpose of solving a social situation, and that meets all needs.

El presente trabajo que se plantea, es un proyecto que tenga características adecuadas para los adultos mayores respecto a sus limitantes físicas, como lo son subir escaleras, cargar objetos pesados, moverse rápido entre otras, que los espacios sean amplios para mejor movilidad entre ellos, que tenga vestibulación, que los accesos sean rápidos y visibles, que tenga áreasventiladas natural y artificial, buenas instalaciones, y sobre todo que contenga una abundante vegetación, esto con el fin de que experimenten sensaciones agradables dentro y fuera del edificio, que sea digno y agradable para los adultos mayores, además de que este proyecto será con fines de resolver una situación social, y que satisfaga todas las necesidades.
