Conjunto Habitacional FORESTA. Alternativa habitacional sustentable en la zona suroeste de la ciudad de Morelia

Abstract

The interest in the issue of a housing development that offered its inhabitants and families a high quality of life, greater comfort and health, which will consider homes with adequate design, respectful of the climate, the place, using optimal construction systems that allow the preservation and efficient use of natural resources, which provides occupants infrastructure, basic services and public spaces that allow them to live in harmony with their environment; in other words a sustainable housing complex.

El interés por el tema de un desarrollo habitacional que ofreciera a sus habitantes y familias una alta calidad de vida, mayor confort y salud, que considerará viviendas con un diseño adecuado, respetuoso con el clima, el lugar, empleando sistemas constructivos óptimos que permitan la preservación y el uso eficiente de los recursos naturales, que brinde a los ocupantes infraestructura, servicios básicos y espacios públicos que les posibilite vivir en armonía con su entorno; en otros términos un conjunto habitacional sustentable.
