Parque de exposiciones culturales, en Morelia, Michoacán

Abstract

Currently in the city of Morelia there are not enough spaces for recreation of people in the western region of the city; if we add to this the state that exists in the country of violence, insecurity, mismanagement and bachelorDegreeWork problems; an unfavorable to develop a good quality of life for the population situation is generated. You can also see the little diffusion of artistic and musical activities that occur in the local scene, except when a festival is held. The truth is that there are constantly presentations, exhibitions and concerts in the city and few people attended because of the lack of marketing and built spaces for the development of such activities. This stems from the reluctance of the public to attend these events; all this makes Michoacán artists do not feel the support of the government, or the people and create apathy or seek bachelorDegreeWork opportunities by migrating potential Michoacán artists. Complex arises as familiar urban park that has a flag for static art exhibits (photography, painting, sculpture, etc.) and a forum for presentations such as dance and music concerts. With the development of this project is to fulfill the need for more recreational spaces for people, because it will be a family area where you can assist people of all ages and while they can observe art exhibitions. To understand the concept of a Cultural Exhibition Park, the starting point is the definition of an urban park; it is defined as a green outdoor extension for its great features differentiated from each bachelorDegreeWork by specific activities areas, and that these particular features, offers greater possibilities to walk, rest, recreation and conviviality to the general population.

Actualmente en la ciudad de Morelia no existen suficientes espacios para el esparcimiento de la gente en la región poniente de la ciudad; si a esto le agregamos el estado actual que se vive en el país de violencia, inseguridad, malos manejos, entre otros problemas; se genera una situación poco favorable para desarrollar una buena calidad de vida para la población. También se puede apreciar la poca difusión de las actividades artísticas y musicales que se dan en el escenario local, excepto cuando se realiza algún festival. Lo cierto es que constantemente hay presentaciones, exposiciones y conciertos en la ciudad y poca gente asiste debido a la falta de mercadotecnia y espacios construidos para el desarrollo de dichas actividades. Esto se deriva en el poco interés de la población para asistir a estos eventos; todo esto hace que los artistas michoacanos no sientan el apoyo del gobierno, ni de la gente y se crea cierta apatía o que se busquen otra oportunidades emigrando por parte de los potenciales artistas michoacanos. Se plantea un complejo en forma de parque urbano familiar que cuente con un pabellón para exposiciones artísticas estáticas (fotografía, pintura, escultura, etc.) y un foro para presentaciones como danza y conciertos musicales. Con el desarrollo de este proyecto se pretende satisfacer la necesidad de más espacios para esparcimiento para la gente, ya que será un área familiar donde pueda asistir la población de cualquier edad y al mismo tiempo puedan observar muestras artísticas. Para comprender el concepto de un Parque de Exposiciones Culturales, se debe partir de la definición de un parque urbano; éste se define como un área verde al aire libre que por su gran extensión cuenta con áreas diferenciadas unas de otras por actividades específicas, y que por éstas características particulares, ofrece mayores posibilidades para paseo, descanso, recreación y convivencia a la población en general.
