Abstract

Mexico's federal government is structured by various institutions that provide services to enable the community in the area of the legal, political, educational, economic, health and safety. The possession, distribution and productivity of land, originate from the pre-colonial era and with it came the need to create institutions that define how access is granted to rights to use, control and transfer land, as well as relevant responsibilities and limits based on guidelines established by law. Therefore, Agricultural Secretary, Territorial and Urban Development (SEDATU) is a body established by the Federal Government of Mexico that handles provide legal security of tenure of land through zoning of the property, plus implement strategies that promote justice and profit in rural areas, including conservation of the environment and natural resources. The National Agrarian Registry is one of three agencies that make up the Agricultural Sector of the Mexican Federal Government in the field of agriculture, is responsible for maintaining efficient control of land tenure through forward elements with trained personnel, to provide legal certainty; addition to quality services as providing systematic and accessible sort of registration, cadastral and documentary information, benefit individuals within agricultural groups and their incorporation into the development of the country.

El Gobierno Federal de México está estructurado por diversas instituciones que permiten brindar servicios a la comunidad, en área de lo jurídico, político, educativo, económico, seguridad y de salud. Para el caso del tema en particular, se hará referencia a una institución de tipo jurídico. La posesión, distribución y productividad de la tierra, tienen origen desde la época pre colonial y con ello surgió la necesidad de crear instituciones que definieran la manera de otorgar el acceso a los derechos de utilizar, controlar y transferir la tierra, así como las pertinentes responsabilidades y límites con base a los lineamientos establecidos por la ley. Por lo anterior la Secretaria de Desarrollo Agrario, Territorial y Urbano (SEDATU), es un órgano creado por el Gobierno Federal de México que se ocupa de dar seguridad jurídica en la posesión de la tierra a través del ordenamiento territorial de la propiedad, además de realizar estrategias que promuevan la justicia y el beneficio en el medio rural, incluyendo la conservación del medio ambiente y los recursos naturales. El Registro Agrario Nacional es uno de los tres organismos que conforman al Sector Agrario del Gobierno Federal Mexicano, que en el ámbito de materia agraria, se encarga de llevar el control eficiente de la tenencia de la tierra, a través de elementos de vanguardia, con personal capacitado, para otorgar seguridad jurídica; además de servicios de calidad como el brindar información sistematizada y accesible de tipo registral, catastral y documental, en beneficio los individuos que conforman los grupos agrarios y su incorporación al desarrollo integral del país.
