Centro enológico la Portera

Abstract

This document is submitted in order to obtain the proper architectural design of a WINE CENTRE for CONCIERGE district of the municipality of Requena in Valencia, Spain. The center will integrate both urban development with population growth that has taken the village, as the winery and existing in the field. The local economy is based on agriculture, with vineyards in the glens for it has formed a cooperative among the 150 villagers mostly dedicated to wine production. Only 60 kilometers from Valencia is located UTIEL Wine Route - Requena, has a strategy for rural tourism extensive supply through parks or hiking trails and wine tourism. Currently, although the main activity is the production La Portera wine, this village is not on the Wine Route officially recognized. That is why this topic is intended to perform; which can satisfy the needs and infrastructure to cater for locals as well as manage the creation of a worker cooperative that brings together activities related to tourism (hotel, restaurant, spa, museum, etc.) One of the objectives of the proposal is to make the wine production process visible to potential customers. This winery is characterized by their attachment to the place and the development of simple volumes that blend into the landscape. This project will not only attract tourism, but aims to "own the landscape and make it their own, it is something that is within reach of the architect."

Este documento se presenta con la finalidad de obtener el diseño arquitectónico propio de un CENTRO ENOLÓGICO para la pedanía de LA PORTERA del municipio de Requena, en la Comunidad Valenciana, España. Dicho centro deberá integrarse tanto al desarrollo urbano con el crecimiento demográfico que ha tenido la aldea, como a la bodega ya preexistente en el terreno. La economía local se basa en la agricultura de viñedos en las cañadas para ello se ha formado una cooperativa entre los 150 habitantes de la aldea mayormente dedicados a la producción de vino. A tan sólo 60 kilómetros de Valencia está situada la Ruta del Vino UTIEL – REQUENA, tiene una oferta extensa encaminada al turismo rural, mediante parques naturales o rutas de senderismo y turismo enológico. Actualmente, a pesar de que la actividad principal de La Portera es la producción de vino, esta aldea no se encuentra en la Ruta del Vino reconocida oficialmente. Es por ello que se pretende realizar este tema; el cual pueda satisfacer la necesidades y abastecer de infraestructura a los habitantes de la zona, así como gestionar la creación de una cooperativa de trabajo asociado que aglutine las actividades relacionadas al turismo (hotel, restaurante, spa, museo, etc.,) Uno de los objetivos de la propuesta es hacer visible el proceso productivo del vino a los posibles clientes. Para ello las bodegas se caracterizan por su arraigo con el lugar y un desarrollo de volúmenes simples que se funden con el paisaje. Este proyecto no solo atraerá al turismo, sino que pretende “adueñarse del paisaje y hacerlo suyo, es algo que está alcance de la mano del arquitecto”.
