Centro cultural en Santa Ana Maya

Abstract

The Cultural Center is the set of areas for various types of events of civic, cultural and tourist, with spaces for congresses, conventions, work meetings, cultural events, conferences and exhibitions, among bachelorDegreeWorks. This work proposes the implementation of the project of a Cultural Center in the municipality of Santa Ana Maya; Michoacán, that is because there is no equipment of this type. This project will be a multi-purpose room, meeting room or courses, audiovisual room, gallery exhibitions, workshops, lounge entertainment, administrative offices and complementary spaces. The research is divided into 12 frames, each one is in charge of the specialized analysis of each of the elements necessary to present the architectural solution of the problem. Theoretical Framework: this framework is given to know the description of the object of study and the arguments that will allow us to develop it. Socio-Cultural Services Framework: In this framework is drawn l social and cultural context of the municipality, the activities and habits that give us the reference needs of the population and thus define the spaces that we require in our building. Physical Framework: This paper presents the study of the different limitations or physical features that will have the project. Urban Framework: this framework we studied the urban infrastructure and equipment with the municipality and the elements to be considered for the development of the project. Technical Framework: indicate the constructive processes used in the project, as well as the guidelines to be followed for the design of the same. Functional Framework: Here are the data of the user that will result in the spaces that will shape the architectural proposal to submit. Formal Framework: In this section will present the study of the process followed to obtain the architectural solution end of the project. Project: shown here is the result of the findings in the earlier frameworks, is presented in the form own the final draft. Budget: In this section is given to know the economic scope that would generate the construction of the property.

El Centro Cultural es el conjunto de áreas para la realización de diferentes tipos de eventos de carácter cívico, turístico y cultural, contando con espacios para congresos, convenciones, reuniones de trabajo, eventos culturales, conferencias y exposiciones, entre otros. El presente trabajo propone la realización del proyecto de un Centro Cultural en el municipio de Santa Ana Maya; Michoacán, debido a que no se cuenta con equipamiento de este tipo. Dicho proyecto contará con un salón de usos múltiples, sala de reuniones o cursos, sala audiovisual, galería para exposiciones, talleres, salón lúdico, oficinas administrativas y espacios complementarios. Marco Teórico: En este marco se da a conocer la descripción del objeto de estudio y los argumentos que nos permitirán desarrollarlo. Marco Socio-Cultural: En este marco se señala el contexto social y cultural del municipio, las actividades y costumbres que nos den referencia de las necesidades de la población y así definir los espacios que requerimos en nuestro inmueble. Marco Físico: Se presenta el estudio de las diferentes limitantes o características físicas que tendrán el proyecto. Marco Urbano: En este marco estudiamos la infraestructura y equipamiento urbano con los que cuenta el municipio y los elementos a considerar para el desarrollo del proyecto. Marco Técnico: Se indican los procesos constructivos a utilizar en el proyecto, así como los lineamientos a seguir para el diseño del mismo. Marco Funcional: Aquí se presentan los datos del usuario que darán como resultado los espacios que conformaran la propuesta arquitectónica a presentar. Marco Formal: En esta sección se presentará el estudio del proceso que se siguió para obtener la solución arquitectónica final del proyecto. Proyecto: Aquí se muestra el resultado de las conclusiones obtenidas en los marcos anteriores, se presenta en forma propia el proyecto final. Presupuesto: En esta sección se da a conocer el alcance económico que generaría la construcción del inmueble.
