Oficinas administrativas municipales en Pátzcuaro Michoacán

Abstract

The cities of Mexico are socially and economically organized by working groups from different areas. And to carry out an order and a better management of the social, political and urban structure is necessary to keep control. This Municipal Administration is responsible. Existing buildings housing the municipal administration in Pátzcuaro not have the appropriate offices, all units are in different buildings, mainly in the historic center and nearby streets as avenues and the second quadrant of the historical center. The project "Municipal Administrative Offices" is the proposal that is addressed in this thesis, which arises from the need to solve the problems presented by the current building. As already mentioned, the directions of the municipal administration are scattered, most of them in house in the historic center. The location and old to fulfill the function of offices, but are not spaces that were designed to give you that use the area to have these houses, as living spaces discharge as living spaces and worked with the appropriate area arises, but as offices do not. The municipality of Pátzcuaro has 87 794 inhabitants, but the 47 rural communities that takes over, which has a population growth requires a better service and that due to the conditions under which are the administration buildings, requires concentration from all directions in a space that houses the community that comes with it and that has the facilities and the area required for the proposed new building concentrate all administrative addresses required, and work properly benefiting workers and the local and foreign community requesting some service.

Las ciudades de México están organizadas social y económicamente por grupos de trabajo de distintas áreas. Y para llevar a cabo un orden y un mejor manejo de la estructura social, política y urbana se es necesario llevar un control. De esto se encarga la Administración Municipal. Los actuales edificios que albergan la administración municipal en Pátzcuaro no cuenta con las oficinas correspondientes, todas las dependencias se encuentran en diferentes inmuebles, principalmente en el centro histórico e inmediaciones como avenidas y calles del segundo cuadrante del centro histórico. El proyecto de “Oficinas Administrativas Municipales” es la propuesta que se aborda en el presente trabajo de tesis, el cual surge de la necesidad de solucionar la problemática que presenta el actual edificio. Como ya había mencionado, las direcciones de la administración municipal se encuentran dispersas, la mayoría de ellas en casa del centro histórico. La ubicación y viejas que cumplen con la función de oficinas, pero no son espacios que fueron diseñados para darle ese uso, se plantea el área que presentan estas casas, que como espacios habitacionales cumplían como espacios habitacionales y funcionaban con el área adecuada, pero como oficinas no lo hacen. El municipio de Pátzcuaro cuenta con 87, 794 habitantes, más las 47 comunidades rurales de las que se hace cargo, lo cual presenta un crecimiento demográfico que exige un mejor servicio y que debido a las condiciones en las que se encuentran los edificios administrativos, requiere de la concentración de todas las direcciones en un espacio que albergue a la comunidad que acude a ella y que cuente con las instalaciones y el área requerida para que la nueva propuesta del edificio concentre todas las direcciones administrativas requeridas, y funcione correctamente beneficiando a los trabajadores y a la comunidad local y foránea que solicita algún servicio.
