Instalaciones deportivas y de rehabilitación a discapacitados motrices, CONADE. Morelia

Abstract

In the city of Morelia, Michoacán; have built two major sports units, called "Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla", located southwest of the city, and called a "Bicentennial". These sports units, are open to the public, but if we analyze them from a fair view, concludes that they are insufficient for disabled people, come to use these facilities. This theme is gestated by CONADE, responsible for promoting and supervising sports facilities in our country. In the city of Morelia, so far there are no sports focused units for people with disabilities, making it a must this project, either as a supplement or sports rehabilitation. Walking or Moving, Mental, See, Hear, Speak, Learning and Self Care: In INEGI different disabilities are named. Currently in our country there is the National Development Council and the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities which aims to "promote the integration of persons with disabilities and their incorporation into the development, to ensure full respect of their rights and exercise human, political and social. "In the state of Michoacán is named as "An Act for persons with disabilities in the state of Michoacán."

En la ciudad de Morelia, Michoacán; se han construido dos grandes Unidades Deportivas, la llamada “Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla”, localizada al suroeste de la ciudad, y una más llamada “Bicentenario”. Estas unidades deportivas, están abiertas al público en general, pero si las analizamos desde un punto de vista equitativo, se llega a la conclusión de que son insuficientes para que personas discapacitadas, lleguen a hacer uso de dichas instalaciones. Este tema es gestado por la CONADE, encargada de promover y supervisar instalaciones deportivas, dentro de nuestro país. En la ciudad de Morelia, hasta el momento no existen unidades deportivas enfocadas para personas que tienen alguna discapacidad, siendo así una necesidad este proyecto, como complemento ya sea deportivo o de rehabilitación. En INEGI se nombran las distintas discapacidades: Caminar o Moverse, Mental, Ver, Escuchar, Hablar, Aprendizaje y Auto cuidado. Actualmente en nuestro país existe el Consejo Nacional para el Desarrollo y la Inclusión de las Personas con Discapacidad cuyo objetivo es “Promover la integración de las personas con alguna discapacidad y su incorporación al desarrollo, a fin de garantizar el pleno respeto y ejercicio de sus derechos humanos, políticos y sociales”. En el Estado de Michoacán se nombra como: “Ley para personas con discapacidad en el Estado de Michoacán”.
