Rehabilitación de la unidad deportiva Zurumuato en Pastor Ortiz, Municipio de José Sixto Verduzco, Michoacán

Abstract

Humans are born with genetically transmitted physical abilities, but if not through the activity, you would not develop and many not reach correctly if not exercised in a timely manner. People have always sought ways to develop physically and mentally, through both physical and recreational activities, contributing to the development of their capabilities as well as the maintenance of a healthy body. Sport includes all forms of physical activity which, through casual or organized participation, aims to improve the physical fitness and mental well-being, forming social relationships, obtaining results in competition at all levels. The present work is developed through a series of frames of reference, through them the project, which involved social, physical, urban, technical as well as functional and formal spaces produced, which will be based intervention the project, which then become the project spaces. The rehabilitation of the Zurumuato Sports Unit, located in the town of Pastor Ortiz, Jose Sixto Verduzco town of Michoacán, is very important because it represents the opportunity to play sports and to open more athletes who wish to practice in a space with facilities appropriate.

El ser humano nace con capacidades físicas transmitidas genéticamente, pero si no es por medio de la actividad, estás no se desarrollarían y muchas no llegarían a su plenitud si no se ejercitan en el momento oportuno. Las personas siempre han buscado la manera de desarrollarse físicamente y mentalmente, por medio de actividades tanto físicas como recreativas, contribuyendo al desarrollo de sus capacidades tanto como la conservación del cuerpo sano. El deporte incluye todas las formas de actividad física donde, a través de la participación informal u organizada, se busca mejorar la condición física y el bienestar mental formando relaciones sociales, obteniendo resultados en competencias a todos niveles. En el presente trabajo se desarrolla mediante una serie de marcos de referencia, a través de ellos se sustenta el proyecto, de los cuales intervienen aspectos sociales, físicos, urbanos, técnicos además de funcionales y formales de los espacios producidos, los cuales tendrán intervención en el proyecto, los que posteriormente pasan a ser los espacios del proyecto. La rehabilitación de la Unidad Deportiva Zurumuato, ubicada en el poblado de Pastor Ortiz, municipio de José Sixto Verduzco Michoacán, es muy importante ya que representa la posibilidad de practicar algún deporte y dar apertura a más deportistas que deseen practicarlo en un espacio con las instalaciones apropiadas.
