Conjunto habitacional bioclimático en Uruapan, Michoacán

Abstract

Since our ancestor’s humans have sought shelter from inclement weather and have developed a myriad of ways to do this, from the simplest such as shelters, to more elaborate as "smart" homes, but all covering their needs protection and shelter; using materials according to their place of origin. Today humans built without taking into account their environment, and making it what it needs without considering that in the future may be finished. This was not worried before, but now with the depletion of fossil energy, look for alternatives. Due to serious environmental degradation has led to interest in reverse. The architecture plays a very important role in caring for the environment, since it may provide, through materials and technologies applied in homes and urban spaces, places to live healthier. Ecological architecture has taken a great importance in recent years experimenting with new permeable, acoustic, thermal materials that affect the environment as little as possible. Spaces now also based on the guidance are designed to harness the winds, the sun and thus use the lowest possible artificial systems to comfortable homes.

Desde nuestros antepasados los seres humanos, han buscado resguardarse de las inclemencias del tiempo y han desarrollado una infinidad de alternativas para ello, desde las más sencillas como las enramadas, hasta las más elaboradas como las viviendas “inteligentes”, pero todas cubriendo con sus necesidades de protección y resguardo; utilizando materiales de acuerdo a su lugar de origen. En la actualidad el ser humano construye sin tomar en cuenta su entorno, y toma de él lo que necesita sin pensar que en un futuro puede acabarse. Esto antes no era preocupante, pero ahora ante el agotamiento de los energéticos fósiles, se deben buscar alternativas. Debido al grave deterioro del medio ambiente se ha despertado el interés por revertirlo. La arquitectura juega un papel muy importante en el cuidado del medio ambiente, ya que puede aportar, por medio de materiales y tecnologías aplicadas en las viviendas y los espacios urbanos, lugares dónde vivir más saludablemente. La arquitectura ecológica ha tomado una gran importancia en los últimos años: se experimenta con nuevos materiales permeables, acústicos, térmicos que afecten lo menos posible al entorno. También ahora se diseñan los espacios basándose en la orientación, para aprovechar los vientos, el sol y así usar lo menos posible los sistemas artificiales para hacer confortables las viviendas.
