Guardería infantil DIF Apatzingán

Abstract

The project then "Nursery DIF" developed within the City of Apatzingán presented arises from the need for a safe infant care for children under six, children of working mbachelorDegreeWorks space. In the background we find the location of the property assigned to the project, land use and context analysis, in addition to the knowledge and application of the rules governing this type of buildings ranging from the Building Regulations of the Municipality of Morelia, to the Regulation Civil Protection. With the information gathered, we turn to the development program needs; what spaces need, how it will work, the concept will resume in response to the context; this leads us to the first formal proposal of the topic, so we start the final design; consisting of 33 planes with a final construction budget.

El proyecto que a continuación se presenta "Guardería Infantil DIF municipal" desarrollada dentro del Municipio de Apatzingán surge de la necesidad de un espacio seguro para la atención de infantes menores de seis años, hijos de madres trabajadoras. Teniendo como finalidad apoyar a las familias del municipio y contrarrestar la demanda existente de este tipo de espacios. En los primeros apartados se muestra el porqué del proyecto, los objetivos, qué es, cómo funcionan las diferentes guarderías, antecedentes del municipio, definición del tema, analogías del proyecto, datos económicos, sociales y culturales, infraestructura, vialidades, demografía, clima y asoleamiento. Con estos parámetros podremos diseñar parte del inmueble. En segundo plano encontramos la localización del predio asignado al proyecto, uso de suelo y el análisis del contexto, además del conocimiento y aplicación de las normas que rigen este tipo de edificación que van desde el Reglamento de Construcción del Municipio de Morelia, hasta el Reglamento de Protección Civil. Con la información acumulada, pasamos a la elaboración del programa de necesidades; qué espacios necesito, cómo funcionará, el concepto que se retomará en respuesta al contexto; todo esto nos conlleva a la primer propuesta formal del tema, así damos inicio al proyecto ejecutivo; que consta de 33 planos con un presupuesto final de construcción.
