Abstract

Culture represents a vital source of identity through which it is possible to exercise sensitivity, understanding, reasoning and communication that humans applied their sociological and ideological behavior. Culture is not only all that is built by man, but it developed in thought. All artistic expression is culture, however not all cultural manifestation is Art. Socially, culture is made up of elements that characterize it as religion, customs and traditions. Many of these elements are represented in the arts such as music, dance, painting, architecture, sculpture, for example. According to a statement from Hell and based culture that allows the human being to acquire a greater sensitivity and exercise their communication with bachelorDegreeWorks, it is necessary to create spaces that fulfill the function of promoting the development of cultural activities among the population. Recreate and develop cultural and artistic activities stimulate the creativity of human beings. Cultural spaces are part of the tube that allow the individual to interact with bachelorDegreeWorks and learn the rich cultural diversity that surrounds it, so that it is seen as a project space approach to culture and art through practice, dissemination and various exhibitions inviting to raise awareness of the development of an artistic culture in society and importance of it.

A través de la cultura se expresa el hombre, toma conciencia de sí mismo, busca nuevos significados y los transmite de una generación a otra. La cultura representa una fuente vital de identidad por medio de la cual es posible ejercitar la sensibilidad, el entendimiento, el razonamiento y la comunicación que el ser humano aplica en su comportamiento sociológico e ideológico. La cultura no sólo es todo aquello que se edifica por el hombre, sino lo desarrollado en el pensamiento. Toda manifestación artística es cultura, sin embargo no toda manifestación cultural representa arte. Socialmente, la cultura se constituye de elementos que la caracterizan como la religión, costumbres y tradiciones. Muchos de estos elementos se ven representados en las artes como la música, la danza, la pintura, la arquitectura, la escultura, por ejemplo. De acuerdo a lo dicho por Hell y tomando como base que la cultura le permite al ser humano adquirir una mayor sensibilidad y ejercitar su comunicación con los demás, es necesaria la creación de espacios que cumplan la función de fomentar el desarrollo de actividades culturales entre la población. Recrearse y desarrollarse en actividades culturales y artísticas estimulan la creatividad del ser humano. Los espacios culturales son parte del conducto que le permiten al individuo interactuar con otros y saber la rica diversidad cultural que le rodea, de modo que éste proyecto se contempla como un espacio de acercamiento a la cultura y arte mediante la práctica, difusión y exposiciones diversas invitando a hacer conciencia del desarrollo de una cultura artística en la sociedad e importancia de la misma.
