Proyecto integral para la construcción, rehabilitación y adecuación del complejo penitenciario federal Papantla

Abstract

The executive development projects Social Rehabilitation Centres (Cefereso), the official name in Mexico jails or prisons, is very complex, due to the conditions that establish both the Constitution and the laws of this emanate for the treatment of people creditors have committed crimes and are made confinement. In Mexico the Cefereso are institutions housing large numbers of people who perform all, or nearly all, their confined in a space that should guarantee minimum conditions of habitability, security, privacy and control, among bachelorDegreeWork activities. Therefore, the development of this project requires a national, state and regional pre-planning and interdisciplinary participation that comprehensively addresses their solution.

El desarrollo de proyectos ejecutivos de Centros de Readaptación Social (Cefereso), denominación oficial en México de las cárceles o prisiones, es muy complejo, debido a las condiciones que establecen tanto la Constitución como las leyes que de ésta emanan para el tratamiento de personas que han delinquido y se hacen acreedores a la reclusión. En México los Cefereso son instituciones que albergan gran cantidad de personas, quienes realizan todas, o casi todas, sus actividades confinadas en un espacio que debe garantizar las mínimas condiciones de habitabilidad, seguridad, aislamiento y control, entre otros. Por ello, el desarrollo de este proyecto requiere de una planeación previa nacional, estatal y regional, así como una participación interdisciplinaria que aborde integralmente su solución.
