Conjunto habitacional ecológico en Morelia Michoacán

Abstract

With this document and his accomplishment there is claimed the conscientization of the hurt that is done to the environment in the area of the construction, without giving any contribution in the constructive systems to this one; as well as example for implementation of lacking technologies in our country for small demand of this one immediately after that of technical disinformation of these systems. In our country for lack of regulatory organisms for the care and preservation of the environment at the moment of constructing some project, it has become evident, since increasingly the expansion of the urban spot in any place is well-known and to consequence it has been devastated without the any care by the existing vegetation. The technology advances by leaps and bounds in any item, and in the ecology it is not the exception. With the technological advances like the solar heaters, the recycling plants of water, the materials of construction recycled, that in his production contain fewer processes, with all these gases for his functioning diminish considerably. On there having be known all these elements that can help to reduce the problem of pollution through that we all live, it should consider these to be an obligatory factor when use in every work, creating conscience so much in the designer, the client and the builder of the project. In Mexico the territory for construction is scanty; this way so I dress this one in the expansion of cities in his nearby municipalities, creating a conurbation since we see the one that has been created in Morelia’s city and Tarìmbaro’s municipality in Michoacán, place where the project of the document is foreseen receptional. Being like that evidently that the horizontality in the one that has developed the construction of the spot of urban is excessive and they need to create new options of vertical projects with regulations of care and preservation of the context that will be constructed, as well as elements of environmental care that should be included, become attached to a regulation to level country. The project receptional presents the above mentioned vertical design, creating a new option of housing, as well as of style and quality of life, with elements that were helping to reduce gases and emission that commonly it contributes the housings, as contributing green areas and vegetation to reduce the impact in the context to constructing.

Con este documento y su realización se pretende la concientización del daño que se hace al medio ambiente en el ámbito de la construcción, sin dar aporte alguno en los sistemas constructivos a éste; así como ejemplo para implementación de tecnologías carentes en nuestro país por la poca demanda de ésta a raíz de la de desinformación técnica de estos sistemas. En nuestro país a falta de organismos reguladores para el cuidado y preservación del medio ambiente a la hora de construir algún proyecto, se ha hecho evidente, ya que cada vez más la expansión de la mancha urbana en todo lugar es notoria y a consecuencia se ha arrasado sin el cuidado alguno con la vegetación existente. La tecnología avanza a pasos agigantados en todo rubro, y en la ecología no es la excepción. Con los avances tecnológicos como los calentadores solares, las plantas recicladoras de agua, los materiales de construcción reciclados, que en su elaboración contienen menos procesos, con todos estos los gases para su funcionamiento disminuyen considerablemente. Al conocerse todos estos elementos que pueden ayudar a reducir el problema de contaminación que todos vivimos, se debería considerar estos como un factor obligatorio a usar en cada obra, creando consciencia tanto en el proyectista, el cliente y el constructor del proyecto. En México el territorio para construcción es escaso; así pues esta visto con la expansión de ciudades con sus municipios cercanos, creando una conurbación como vemos la que se ha creado en la ciudad de Morelia y el municipio de Tarímbaro en Michoacán, lugar donde se prevé el proyecto del documento recepcional. Siendo así evidente que la horizontalidad en la que se ha desarrollado la construcción de la mancha de urbana es excesiva y se necesitan crear nuevas opciones de proyectos verticales con normativas de cuidado y preservación del contexto que se construirá, así como elementos de cuidado del medio ambiente que se deban de incluir, apegados a un reglamento a nivel país. El proyecto recepcional presenta dicho diseño vertical, creando una nueva opción de vivienda, así como de estilo y calidad de vida, con elementos que ayudaran a reducir gases y emisiones que comúnmente aporta las viviendas, al igual que aportando áreas verdes y vegetación para reducir el impacto en el contexto a construir.
