Abstract

This document describes how the professional learning of architecture began at the end of college education. This included participation in various tasks among which we mention the draftsman, resident superintendent, supervisor, designer and contractor. To show the specific experience in the construction of a work, it was chosen to sum as many issues raised, most notably professional commitment that the architect must aquire with the lives and livelihoods of the buildings constructed, acquiring with this responsibility to make a sustainable architecture that is environmentally responsible, for this reason we analyzed the final design and construction of the " Body Building " G " of the Jewel Paseo Mall." During working time, IS this work in which actual measurements of sustainability for the building and its surroundings were applied, coupled with this was available before learning that were obtained prior to conducting the execution of this work tasks. Within the executive project we will approach the development of structural, architectural design of hydraulic, electrical and plumbing. We also see the general considerations with unit prices were conducted to obtain the general budget, work program that limits the execution times, photographic reports of the various stages of the work, plus a graph showing comparative changes between project and both architectural and financial work. AnbachelorDegreeWork part of the work mentioned learning that were taken at different stages, described what they learned in each and references to some work done, describing in general terms the share that each work was done.

En el documento se describe la manera en que se comenzó el aprendizaje profesional de la arquitectura al terminar la preparación universitaria. Esto comprendió la participación en diferentes tareas entre las cuales podemos mencionar la de dibujante, residente, superintendente, supervisor, diseñador y contratista. Para mostrar la experiencia especifica en la construcción de una obra, se eligió la que suma la mayor cantidad de aspectos abordados, entre los que destaca el compromiso profesional que el Arquitecto debe adquirir con la vida y subsistencia de los edificios que construye, adquiriendo con esto la responsabilidad de realizar una arquitectura sustentable, que sea responsable con el medio ambiente, por esta razón analizamos el proyecto ejecutivo y la construcción del “Edificio Cuerpo “G” del Centro Comercial Paseo la Joya”. Ya que durante el tiempo laboral, es esta obra en la que se aplicaron medidas reales de sustentabilidad para el edificio y su entorno, aunado a esto se dispuso de los aprendizajes que con anterioridad se obtuvieron realizando tareas previas a la ejecución de esta obra. Dentro de lo que corresponde al proyecto ejecutivo abordaremos el desarrollo del proyecto arquitectónico, estructural, de instalación hidráulica, eléctrica y sanitaria. Vemos también las consideraciones generales con las que se realizaron los precios unitarios para obtener el presupuesto general, el programa de obra que acota los tiempos de ejecución, los reportes fotográficos de las diferentes etapas de la obra, además un comparativo grafico que muestra los cambios realizados entre proyecto y obra tanto arquitectónicos como financieros. Otra parte del trabajo menciona los aprendizajes que se tuvieron en las diferentes etapas, se describe lo aprendido en cada una de ellas y se hace mención de algunos trabajos realizados, describiendo de manera general la participación que se tuvo en cada obra.
